Nessa Ride Chauffeur Car Service: Rates, Policies, and Credit Card Authorization
At Nessa Ride, we are committed to providing transparent pricing and exceptional service. While we provide estimated costs upfront, all rates and confirmations are subject to audit after service completion to ensure accuracy and reflect any additional expenses incurred, such as actual tolls, parking fees, fuel surcharges, additional stops, and total time utilized.
Pricing Details:
- Hourly Services: Billed based on the reserved number of hours, with additional time billed in half-hour increments thereafter. The posted minimum number of hours represents the minimum booking duration we accept, not the guaranteed billing amount. Billing is based on actual service time.
- Direct Transfers (Point-to-Point, Airport Returns): Include a 15-minute grace period at the scheduled pick-up time (excluding airport arrivals). Exceeding the grace period will result in charges in 30-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
- General Pricing: Pricing is subject to change without notice due to fluctuating costs such as fuel, external fees, and market conditions. We will endeavor to communicate any price adjustments.
Credit Card Authorization and Policies:
By using Nessa Ride services, you authorize us to charge your credit card/corporate account according to our rates, policies, and terms.
Cancellations:
- Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be received via email at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Specialty Vehicles: Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip to avoid a cancellation fee. Please retain the email cancellation confirmation as proof.
- Airport Transfers (Arrivals and Departures): Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. For roundtrip bookings, each leg must be cancelled separately. For airport arrivals, if a driver is unavailable, please contact our office before arranging alternate transportation to avoid being charged the full trip amount.
- Force Majeure: Nessa Ride is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather or unforeseen mechanical issues.
Changes:
All reservation changes must be communicated via email or online live chat (not directly with drivers) at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time and are subject to availability. Changes cannot be guaranteed. If a change request cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, the original booking will be charged in full.
Additional Charges:
Bookings made after midnight for airport pick-ups with arrival times after midnight, or for reservations between 12:00 AM and 4:30 AM EST, may incur additional charges.
Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reservation date.
